Meal plan philosophy
This year’s challenge: don’t overcomplicate the meals. Find the balance between quality and ease of execution. Paella tastes great, but it’s a lot of steps — save the multi-step showpieces for one “special” night per stay and lean on make-ahead, low-cleanup meals the rest of the time.
